Our StrategyWe partner with national and international stakeholders who share the same mission to help Afghans secure a better life. We intend to achieve our mission, by implementing training and capacity building programs, providing hand holding support for enterprise development and start-ups, seeking ways for establishing a sustainable livelihood source for Afghan women and vulnerable groups, providing humanitarian aid and support, and improving access to health services through increasing access to medicine, health care services, nutrition and implementing hygiene programs.

Our History

The organization’s roots were planted in mid-1996 when Ms. Kamila Sidiqi (founder and Managing Director), started a tailoring training program for more than 150 poor women in her home in Khair-khana Kabul. A team of committed women activists volunteered their support. Within two years, most of the trainees were able to open their tailoring shops to support their families. The income level of the trainees increased significantly, and the project produced a deep and long-lasting impact on the life of beneficiaries. Initially, the founder and her team started most of their welfare activities voluntarily with self-contributed funds. The results of the initial welfare  activities motivated the founder to officially register the organization to help everyone across the country.

The Dressmaker of Khairkhana is a New York Times bestseller and gives an insight in the challenges and hurdles faced by Ms. Kamila Sidiqi as she sought to support her own family and other poor Afghans Once again. Afghanistan is in the midst of another humanitarian disaster of an unprecedented scale. PTCRO, with its decades’ long experience of operating at the grassroots of Afghanistan, is continuously and actively working to support Afghans living in extreme conditions to build back their dreams and serves as helping hand in elevating them from poverty.

مرکز آموزشی و موسسه باز سازی پرنیان

معرفی مختصر

سازمان مرکز آموزشی و توانبخشی پرنیان (PTCRO) یک سازمان غیردولتی، غیرسیاسی، غیرانتفاعی و عام المنفعه بهزیستی است. PTCRO ابتدا در سال 2003 تأسیس شد و در 11 می 2006 به شماره ثبت (571) در وزارت اقتصاد افغانستان به طور رسمی ثبت شد. این سازمان نزدیک به دو دهه است که تنها با هدف کمک به توسعه افغانستان فعال بوده است. در حال حاضر، PTCRO یک سازمان عضو شبکه ها و انجمن های مختلف جامعه مدنی است. با توجه به بحران اقتصادی و اجتماعی کنونی در افغانستان پس از 15 آگوست 2021، PTCRO بر ایفای نقش کمکی در حمایت از کمک های بشردوستانه در افغانستان و بهبود دسترسی به خدمات صحی، آموزش و حمایت معیشتی از طریق آموزش های مسلکی، آموزش در حین کار و بهبود معیشت متمرکز است. برنامه های کارآموزی علاوه بر این، PTCRO تخصص را برای رسیدگی به نگرانی های در حال تحول حیاتی در مورد تراکنش های مالی و پایداری تجارت فرامرزی به ارمغان می آورد.

ما تلاش می‌کنیم تا با طراحی و ارائه پروژه‌هایی که خوداتکایی، آگاهی و انعطاف‌پذیری را ارتقا می‌دهند، افغان‌ها به‌ویژه زنان افغان را قادر به رهبری، خواندن، کار و پیشرفت کنیم.

اهداف استراتژیک

ما با ذینفعان ملی و بین المللی که ماموریت یکسانی برای کمک به افغان ها برای تامین زندگی بهتر دارند، شریک هستیم. ما قصد داریم با اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و ظرفیت‌سازی، حمایت دستی برای توسعه شرکت‌ها و استارت‌آپ‌ها، جستجوی راه‌هایی برای ایجاد یک منبع معیشت پایدار برای زنان افغان و گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر، ارائه کمک‌ها و حمایت‌های بشردوستانه و بهبود دسترسی به ماموریت خود دست یابیم. خدمات بهداشتی از طریق افزایش دسترسی به دارو، خدمات مراقبت های بهداشتی، تغذیه و اجرای برنامه های بهداشتی.
