FUNDING LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN PROJECT IN KABUL FOR THREE DISTRICTS (KALAKAN, ISTALEF, AND BAGRAMI) WITH THE SUPPORT OF AWRC AND WOMANKIND INTERNATIONAL FOR TWO YEARS (2014-2015)

PTCRO implemented Funding Leadership Opportunities for women to conduct legal advocacy for women’s rights in Islam and the Constitution of Afghanistan for 2,500 families in three districts of Kabul namely Kalakan, Istaleg and Bagrami. Through the project, PTCRO provided advocacy for women’s rights and conducted weekly focus group discussions with the Community Development Councils, Shuras and religious leaders and elders in these three districts.
