Gender Training in Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, Nangarhar and Balk Provinces Funded by IOM

In 2004, with support from IOM, PTCRO implemented a Gender Training project across five provinces-Herat, Balk, Kandahar, Kabul, and Nangarhar- reaching 180 direct beneficiaries. The goal of this initiative was to highlight the importance of gender mainstreaming within organizations operating in these provinces. Through the training, participants gained the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, incorporate, and promote gender-related issues as a key component of organizational growth and success.
