Parniyan Training Centre and Rehabilitation Organization (PTCRO) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit public welfare organization dedicated for the provision of relief humanitarian emergency assistance, development and reconstruction of Afghanistan. PTCRO was founded in 2003 and formally registered with Afghanistan's Ministry of Economy on May 11, 2006. PTCRO has nearly two decades of experience in addressing both developmental and humanitarian needs across the country.
