Parniyan Training Centre & Rehabilitation Organization (PTCRO) is a non-government, non-political, non- for-profit for-public welfare organization. PTCRO was initially founded in 2003 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan on May 11, 2006 under the registration Number of (571). The organization has been active for nearly two decades, with the sole objective of contributing to the development of Afghanistan. Currently, PTCRO is a member organization of various civil society networks and associations.
