Expanding from its origins in Kabul and Nangarhar, PTCRO now operates across multiple provinces, including Badakhshan, Takhar, Balk, Logar, Parwan, Wardak, Herat and Ghazni. The organization confronts critical issues that hinder the country’s progress and the well-being of Afghan society.

Our Strategy

Our StrategyWe partner with national and international stakeholders who share the same mission to help Afghans secure a better life. We intend to achieve our mission, by implementing training and capacity building programs, providing hand holding support for enterprise development and start-ups, seeking ways for establishing a sustainable livelihood source for Afghan women and vulnerable groups, providing humanitarian aid and support, and improving access to health services through increasing access to medicine, health care services, nutrition and implementing hygiene programs.

Our History

The organization’s roots were planted in mid-1996 when Ms. Kamila Sidiqi (founder and Managing Director), started a tailoring training program for more than 150 poor women in her home in Khair-khana Kabul. A team of committed women activists volunteered their support. Within two years, most of the trainees were able to open their tailoring shops to support their families. The income level of the trainees increased significantly, and the project produced a deep and long-lasting impact on the life of beneficiaries. Initially, the founder and her team started most of their welfare activities voluntarily with self-contributed funds. The results of the initial welfare  activities motivated the founder to officially register the organization to help everyone across the country.

The Dressmaker of Khairkhana is a New York Times bestseller and gives an insight in the challenges and hurdles faced by Ms. Kamila Sidiqi as she sought to support her own family and other poor Afghans Once again. Afghanistan is in the midst of another humanitarian disaster of an unprecedented scale. PTCRO, with its decades’ long experience of operating at the grassroots of Afghanistan, is continuously and actively working to support Afghans living in extreme conditions to build back their dreams and serves as helping hand in elevating them from poverty.

معرفی مختصر

د پرنیان ښوونیز مرکز او د بیارغونې اداره (PTCRO) یوه غیر دولتي، غیر سیاسي، غیر انتفاعي او د عامه سوکالۍ موسسه ده. PTCRO په لومړي سر کې په 2003 کې تاسیس شو او په رسمي توګه د (571) د ثبت شمیرې له مخې د 2006 کال د می په 11 د افغانستان د اقتصاد وزارت سره راجستر شو. دغه سازمان له شاوخوا دوو لسیزو راهیسې فعالیت کوي، چې یوازینۍ موخه یې د افغانستان په پرمختګ کې ونډه اخیستل دي. اوس مهال، PTCRO د مختلفو مدني ټولنو شبکو او اتحادیو غړیتوب لري. په افغانستان کې د اوسني اقتصادي او ټولنیز بحران په پام کې نیولو سره - د 2021 کال د اګست له 15 څخه وروسته، PTCRO په افغانستان کې د بشردوستانه مرستو په مالتړ کې د مرستې رول لوبولو، او د حرفوي زده کړو، د دندې پر مهال روزنې او له لارې روغتیایی خدماتو، تعلیم او د معیشت مالتړ ته د لاسرسي په ښه کولو تمرکز کوي. د زده کړې پروګرامونه. برسېره پر دې، PTCRO د مالي معاملو، او د پولې هاخوا د سوداګرۍ پایښت په اړه د مهمو پراختیایي اندیښنو د حل لپاره ماهرین راوړي.

ماموریت

موږ هڅه کوو چې افغانان په ځانګړې توګه افغان میرمنو ته دا وړتیا ورکړو چې د پروژو په ډیزاین او وړاندې کولو سره رهبري، لوستل، کار او پرمختګ وکړي، کوم چې د ځان بسیاینې، پوهاوي او لیوالتیا وده کوي.

موږ د ملي او نړیوالو شریکانو سره ملګرتیا کوو چې ورته ماموریت شریکوي ترڅو د افغانانو سره د ښه ژوند خوندي کولو کې مرسته وکړي. موږ اراده لرو چې خپل ماموریت ته د روزنې او ظرفیت لوړولو پروګرامونو په پلي کولو سره، د تصدیو د پراختیا او پیل کولو لپاره د لاسي ملاتړ چمتو کولو، د افغان میرمنو او زیان منونکو ډلو لپاره د دوامداره معیشت سرچینې رامینځته کولو لپاره د لارو په لټه کې، د بشري مرستو او ملاتړ چمتو کولو، او د لاسرسي ښه کولو له لارې خپل ماموریت ترلاسه کړو. روغتیایی خدمتونه درملو ته د لاسرسي د زیاتوالي له لارې، د روغتیا پاملرنې خدماتو، تغذیه او د حفظ الصحې پروګرامونو پلي کول.
